The implementation of the loading project was trusted to a France company named Compagnie Detravaux (CITRA). After loading, a company named PT. Pembangunan Jaya was appointed by DKI Jakarta district government as the Board Development of Ancol Project.
In Taman Impian Jaya Ancol, the visitor can enjoy all the facility such as Swimming Area, Gelanggang Samudra, Taman Pantai, Pasar Seni, Putri Duyung, Padang Golf, Pantai Marina, Tourism Hotel, Real Estate, and Restaurant.
